This is a problem with ATI cards it seems, especially that HD3200 which everyone seems to buy, a decision some regret after discovering the common problem.However apparently the problem was fixed by the latest Catalyst 8.9 drivers. Make sure you're using EVR also. Can't remember much else about the issue.
