Hauppage HVR 1110 problems (1 Viewer)

Im trying to set up a Hauppage win tv HVR 1110 to work with mediaportal and can´t seem to get it working.

Ive used the search so i understand it misses hardware encoding... Can someone explain to me how to set up this card

Im also thinking about buying a tv card that does have hardware encoding. witch one will work with mediaportal for analoge cable tv??
Can someone just name a few (or even one) that is reasonable available in europe..

Hi, and welcome
A typical TV-card w/hardware encoder is the Hauppauge PVR-150, put not sure how available they are any more (e-bay?).

Couldn't find much on the 1110, but guessing it is a hybrid, this might help some: TV-Server/Configuration/TVServers/HybridCards - MediaPortal Manual Documentation

BTW, are you only going to use analogue?

sorry for hijacking but it's related...sort of
I had the HP 150 on my MCE and the quality was real shitty...have not tried it in MP, is the quality any good...
also is there a 6 second delay to rela TV like MCE?
