Hi,
Last week I bought my first TV-Card for MP. I installed the TV-Server using the instructions on this site, connection is Cabel Analog. The server found alot of programms, and the preview works fine.
Now if I enter MP - My TV I get one Picture of the current broadcast then the picture freezes. Simultaneously it starts to record. The record itself is ok, if I watch it later I get a quit fluid picture (still not perfect).

What I did so far with help from the german board on here:
I tried to run graphedit, but it does not work... (different version, alwas the same problem --- no graph).
For Vista I tried to register the proppage.dll (copied it to C:\Windows\System32 then run regsvr32 proppage.dll). But I always get the following error code: 0x80070005. I tried it as user and admin, all firewalls and Virus software dissabled. Still no Graph.
I delted the mmaacd.ax out of the MP folder without success.

I´m still very new to MP and I have no idea how to fix this.....
Any help is appreciated!

Tobi

Hi Tobi,

I had similar problems with my setup when i used CyberLink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD8) for video and CyberLink audio Decoder (PDVD8) for audio for TV section in MP configuration app. Main problem was audio decoder, i changed it to MPA and it was better but still channel change was longer and from time to time my picture was freezing and i couldn't exit from mp.
Also i had freezing problem because i had chosen different audio rendeer then default and it was causing similar issues.
Now i changed cyberlink decoders with Nvidia PureVideo and it is very stable and channel change became faster in my case.
