I have the same problem...

I have the same TV card (Hauppauge 2250) and the same 45-button remote.  It isn't working...

It works great in Windows MC and I have all the drivers installed and the "use hauppauge remote" checked.

After I load up MP and try to use the remote all that happens is a clicking sound.  MP senses the remote but nothing happens except for clicking.

Anyone?  Thanks.

Edit:

BTW, the remote works out of the box with my laptop's ir receiver in Mediaportal.

I just can't get it working with the Hauppauge receiver that plugs into the back of the card (works in media center though).

Would submitting logs help with this problem?  Thanks.
