** I'm not purposefully trying to not derail/sidetrack this thread so if it's better that i just hold off until beta let me know ** I managed to get the code from SVN and modify the AssemblyInfo.cs (in notepad :) ) and i could build successfully (I think) the core IRSS which goes in program files folder. However I couldn't get the plugin DLL files that go into the TV Server/plugins folder to build. When I opened the project up in VS2010 Express I got a ton of "cannot open solution folders in this version" messages, (which after some searching revealed that you can't open them in Express, only the full version). So as a result the project is looking for some references back to the main MP code which it can't get to because the other solution folders aren't loading (thats my theory anyway) and as a result can't build those DLLs. Is there a way around this within VS2010 Express, like a setting I can flip somewhere? [I tried to add a reference, but it only lets me pick from whatever is in that project. and I tried editing path property of reference, but it seems to be read-only] Or can I use another software suite like SharpDevelop to compile? [I'm a little hesitant to install yet more software, and there doesn't seem to be easy to follow directions on MP site for anything other than VS2010, but I'm willing to try].
