So on the Dolby Digital Channels it passes through and my receiver is happy. But when I then change to a channel with PCM it encodes the audio to AAC and thats where the problem starts. Im not sure where in the chain the problem is, maybe the encoding to AAC, maybe my AAC decoder or maybe even my receiver doesnt like the switch. I will have to do more research this weekend to figure it out...
