That means that the PMT version number that we hold in the TV Service is not guaranteed to be up to date. The first PMT we receive after channel change is bound to have a greater version than the one that we last saw even though it is probably the "wrong" PMT. You could wait for the next PMT, but what happens when you've changed to a channel with the same audio stream? My guess is that we'd be stuffed because the elementary streams in the PMT would be the same (so we won't get a callback from TsWriter). That'd mean we'd have to operate with timeouts.
