@WilE and anyone else... Still having an issue, weird... I have STB set for PCM only, Optical SPIDF out to the Colossus, pass-thru from Colossus back up to stereo receiver so when not using MP I can still watch TV. The machine has an onboard audio card with its own optical SPIDF output which is what I have hooked up to receiver as well so I can switch to MP and listen to music and watch videos. I unplugged RCA jacks just to be sure and set channel 6 for SPIDF #1 and chanel 7 for SPIDF #2 channel 8 for SPIDF #3 to test each input. Restart machine and run MP, still no audio on any of the channels. I know the card works as I close out of MP and run the Showtime software and I get audio no problem, so my issue lies within MP somewhere. What does anyone suggest, I can blow out the install and start from scratch if need be, but it has to be something I am missing that you all have set up correctly. Pulled last hair out this afternoon (now working on pulling hair out of goatee).
