I suspect it's a bit of a long shot though based on what you've described from the menu.&nbsp;It's definitely worth a call to your provider to discuss this. Their tech support might be able to tell you about hidden menus you don't know about, or they might even have other receivers available that aren't documented on their web site. Remember, you don't need a DVR receiver for use with MediaPortal.
