Hauppauge ir.exe plugin makes MediaPortal freeze the whole PC on start up. (1 Viewer)

I am sorry if this has been posted before but I couldn't find anything in the forms for version 1 of MediaPortal.

This has been a problem as far back as Mediaportal 0.2.0.0 when I first started using the program. It wasn't to much of a problem when the program was on my PC as I didn't mind turning off the plugin and using the mouse, but now that I have a dedicated HTPC with Mediaportal installed its becoming a bit of a pain having to wait up to 3-4 mins for it to start up, and to be honest I thought this would of been fixed by now.

Why are you using that plugin anyway? My hauppauge remote works flawlessly only by enabling it in remotes section. Maby the plugin conflicts with MP's built-in remote support?
