    Hi all,

I reinstalled my system and cannot get the hauppauge ir drivers working.
There are a few things that I've tried but none of them seem to work.
The instructions from this post https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...v-pvr-150-ir-issue-9415/index2.html#post66678 didn't work, maybe it's because I didn't use the right file since this link in step 3. is not working anymore.
Also found this thread (https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/codecs-external-players-55/exception-hauppauge-remote-9653/) that relates to it but all links are dead as well
Then I tried a lot of other solutions, including the one that is suggested in the MP config utility under the Remote -> Hauppauge section but stil no luck.
It did work in the past but I cannot remember at all how I got there - have too many versions of these files...

Does anyone have a clue how to get this working please?
    TIA!
    P.

EDIT: in case someone comes up with this solution (Hauppauge - MediaPortal Wiki), tried that also. Remote 'seems' to be working according to MP config but doesn't + I get a hcwhelper error after closing MP

    Hi Peter2

Yes, the IR32 can be tricky to get working. It often needs a reinstall and/or restart to work properly because it installs keys in the registry. I advise you to use the latest IR32 from Hauppauge as commented -->here<--. The registry keys that the installer creates must point to the location of the exe else MP will think it is installed but it won't work.
