HI Guys,

Does anyone use the Hauppauge MCE Remote Control ?

Do you find that you can press the up and down arrows in a menu as fast as you want and the menu on the screen will change fast or do you find there is a lag?

I'm using the Hauppauge MCE Remote Control at my house with no problems, it's an older one that has a usb IR reciver.

I'm using the Hauppage MCE remote here and there's a slight lag but it's not so bad i can't ignore it.

Only thing i'm finding is that centre buttons open up WMC, has anyone been able to fix that?

On the "Additional 3rd party checks" tab in MP configuration disable WMC and tick the box "Auto start MPTray to launch MediaPortal with the MediaCenter Button" then the center button will launch MediaPortal.

Use Hauppauge USB remote here with no problems. No notable lag.
