Hauppauge, Unable to Create Graph (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help me. I am trying to get my Hauppauge WinTV-USB to work with MP, but without any success.

When attempting to add the "Capture Card" in the Media Player setup program i get the following dialog box appear: "Unable to create graph"

After confirming the prompt it allows me to continue to add the card. However, when I try to run the TV within MP I get the same message.

I have tried tried both the WinTV-USB and WinTV-PCI board on two separate machines and all combinations produce the same error.

Any help appreciated.
