I have a problem with my WinTV 1900 USB:
I have it set up as second tuner, first one is a FireDTV DVB-C.
The 1900 works fine, but sometimes after the HTPC wakes up from S3, it doesn't work anymore, MP can't tune to any channel on this tuner.
(I attached logs where the FireDTV is currently busy on a recording, and then I try to switch to a channel on a different transponder so the 1900 is used, this fails with the message "Timeshift could not be started, unknown error").
I have already set the TV Server to wait for the tuners for 5 secs after wakeup.
When the Tuner is not working anymore, disconnecting the Tuner and restarting it by disconnecting/reconnecting the power and then restarting the TV Server service does not help, I have to restart the whole PC.
I think this is a problem of the Tuner, not MP, but maybe someone here has an idea how to fix this.
