Hauppauge WinTV Go Plus (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I´m a newbee using media portal. After installing the software I try to set up the tv-card (Hauppauge Win TV Go PCI), but I got an error message (unable to create graph). I found a lot of entries in google about the error message, but nothing special in combination with my tv-card. Driver version is 2.110.23339.0 and the card is 88x driver based. Are there anyone who have an idea, how to fix this problem? Thx a lot...

"Unable to start graph" is what you would get if you tried to actually turn TV on in MP and there was a problem. It's not an error you would see during setup, unless you were selecting the "preview" option in TV Server config.

Are you using TV Server or the inbuilt MP TV Engine? What version of MP are you running? Has MP detected the TV card?

Hi,

I have the same problem on a Hauppauge Nova-S-Plus.

I do not really have a solution, but for me the following workaround does the job:

Each time I restart the Tvserver, I go to the "TV-Server configuration", go to the Card-Setup and change the setting of the LNB by checking / unchecking the "Override default LNB frequencies".

After each change I go back to "TvChannels", this obviously does reinitialize the card.
