Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 2250 (2 Viewers)

Hi, I was looking for a new tuner and found this one... Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 2250. It's only available on hauppauge's web site for now..

I was wondering if any of you guys bought one and tested it with Media Portal?

It uses a NXP chip :

Do you think it would work with MediaPortal? I just need to use the NTSC analog tuner in it...

Maybe a dev could take a quick look at it give me an idea if it would work or not...

Have you received the card yet? I think I will be buying this card and would like to know if is working with MP or not.

Does this work in MP? How does the dual tuner work in MP? Does it show up as two cards in TVServer configuration?

Just found out about this card a couple of days ago. I've looked around online, & don't see any CDN e-tailers listing it. Icebreakr or Damaster have either of you seen it on a CDN site for sale?

I'm heading to the States next month some time, so hopefully I'll be able to find them in stores there if I haven't got any yet. I'd like to install 2. Does anyone know if two will play nice together in a PC at all, even outside of MP?

I've not found it anywhere, not even NCIX.com which usually has everything! I'm probably gonna get it from Newegg and ship it to my mailbox in the US. Would like to know how well it works in MP though before ordering.

I would also love to know how this card is gonna work in mediaportal. Newegg has them as well as several other retailers but they sell out quickly. Valley Seek was one retailer that I recall that has this card for a decent price. Don't know if they deliver to canada though.

What about the Dvico FusionHDTV7? Also a dual tuner...
