I did notice that when I try the learning feature in the Hauppauge section the IR code is always "0" from whatever whatever key I press on my Yamaha remote. I have also tried to remove the "previous channel" from the Hauppauge mapping without success. If I use the original Hauppauge remote the "previous channel" does not function but when I try to change my volume it still  is doing a previous channel. Does anybody know of any alternatives that I could try using my Harmony remote somehow because I'm lost as to what configuration I could try in Media Portal to eliminate this problem</p></blockquote><p></p>
