I've turned on Exclusive DirectX Mode in the General area. That seems to have improved matters. About to watch a movie so will know in a couple of hours.</p><p></p><p>But how do I change the video render type? I see the advice is to use VMR9 or 7 but in the DVD Codec area I only have the options to change Video Codec, DVD Navigator, Audio Renderer and Audio Codec. There's no video renderer.</p><p></p><p>Am I missing something?</p><p></p><p>Hopefully just changing to exclusive DirectX will have solved my issues.
