After resuming from standby, two instances of HcwHelper crashing and producing popups to that effect appeared. I could close one, but when I closed the remaining one, two more appeared. This repeated endlessly and I had to close MP to stop this happening in the end.

Upon then trying to restart MP, it said there was a problem and failed to start. The same thing happened with mpWatchDog when I tried to start to use the Debug Mode to collect the logs, so I've zipped them up manually.

I can see from the Application eventlog there's some sort of .NET problem. Hopefully a reboot will fix things.

I've actually had a problem with HcwHelper crashing when I close MP for a while, but as I don't often close MP I haven't bothered reporting it before now.

Just to report everything is working OK after rebooting.

Had more crashes again after resuming from standby.

I'm afraid I didn't manage to note down what the error boxes were saying as my KVM was refusing to stay on the right PC! I did notice something about Java possibly though. I can see the Application event log doesn't show the same .NET errors that it did yesterday when it was crashing.

I wonder if these crashes could be connected to the modified files chemelli asked me to try https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/bugreports-74/remote-not-working-after-resume-85501/ I'll try reverting to the original file just in case. I guess I should have done that already really, after testing them and finding they didn't fix my problem.
