HDHomerun New Install - Scan finds channel, but they won't display - Unknown Error (1 Viewer)

I have a new install of MP for my new HdHomerun Prime w/cablecard. I've been trying several systems to see what can work, and I keep getting stuck. MP looks promising. After reading the Wiki and setup guides, and trying several times, I got it to scan and find the right channels. The problem is that they won't preview, timeshift, or display. I get an unknown error in the interface. Looking at the logs, I see "Unable to start Graph". I see lots of references to that error in the forum, but none seem to fit my situation.

I'm sure I'm just missing something simple, but any help would be great!

It is something relatively simple (but don't feel bad!):

You're running the latest stable firmware from March. In order to get the PRIME working with MP, you need 20130708 beta 1 or newer.
