Your only choices to get such channels would be:<ol>

<li data-xf-list-type="ol">Get a CableCARD tuner and use it with WMC.</li>
<li data-xf-list-type="ol">Get a cable set top box and connect it to a capture card (eg. Hauppauge HD-PVR).</li>
