MediaPortal Version: 1.2.1
MediaPortal Skin: default wide
Windows Version: 7 SP 1 64bit
Video Card: Nvidia GT430
Video Card Driver: 285.62 WHQL
h.264 Video Codec: Shark007
I use MediaPortal to record TV and view normal .mkv and .avi on my 50" Panasonic 3D Plasma.
To watch 3D I use PowerDVD 10. PowerDVD 10 hast the feature to send the 1080p video in 3D via HDMI 1.4.
So if I play a .mkv with 3D content the TV automatically switches to 3D and so on.
In MediaPortal (and every other player) such .mkv are only shown as side-by-side. Is it possible to make them played as 3D and set the output to HDMI 1.4? So if I open a .mkv with 3D content the output will automatically be set to HDMI 1.4 and the TV will switch to 3D mode?
I hope you could answer my question, I think this will get more important in future.
Thank you for your assistance !
