    Hi there,

    This will be good, as at the moment I am running the adapter outside of MePo, using the commandline tool.

    I still have an issue where the device is setting the wrong input source, and I can not get it to use the right one! :(

    So... the Beta don't work with MediaPortal and activate den WMC Remote at MP :(

    But the CEC-Tray Beta6 works... only the return button don't work in MP.
    In WMC the return button work :)

    With the latest builds of XBMC from openelec and xbian on the raspberry the libcec driver is included and you do not need any additional hardware boxes. It just works! Could this be done on windows also?

    regards

    What i meant was if it was possible to to control MediaPortal on windows with no CEC adapter much like you can now control XBMC on the raspberry without a CEC adapter.

    @xetic:
    Does the pulseeight package contain any cabling?
    If not, what kind of HDMI and USB-Cables are needed? (mini, micro-usb, mirco- or normal hdmi)
    I can't find a statement regarding the cables on the pulseeight homepage.

    it depends on the graphic card, as far as I know normal graphic cards don't support cec
