HDTV DVR-MS -> MPEG2 Problem (1 Viewer)

I would like to convert a recorded HDTV DVR-MS-file to a MPEG2-file.
I have tried to use DVRMSToolbox and Graphedit, but without luck.
Both programs start to convert the file, but when it hits around 25 Mbytes it just stops. Then I have to "kill" the program.
The small created file plays ok.

Any suggestions are welcome.

btw, this happened with nearly every file i tried to record with mediaportal...every file i record with gbpvr is fine...go figure

You might wanna give VideoReDo a try. Crappy name, i know... but the app looks like the name sounds... Nevertheless, sometimes it helps fixing broken DVR-MS files. See their docs how to fix DVR-MS streams.

VideoReDo did the trick.

It looks like there was an error in the HD-file that VideoReDo was able to correct.
