Living room HTPC MP Version: 0.2.0.0 Final with SVN dated 03.09.2006 Skin: default Windows Version: XP professional SP2 CPU Type: intel P4 Northwood 2.8 HT (@3 GHz) Memory: 1GB dual channel ddr Motherboard Chipset: intel 865 Video Card: Gigabyte nvidia geforce 6600GT passive Video Card Driver: 91.33 Video Card Resolution: 1680x1050 Video Render Type: VMR9 renderless Video Codec Type & Version: Nvidia purevideo 1.02.233 Audio Codec Type & Version: unshure TV Card1: Terratec T^2 TV Card1 Type: DVB-T TV Card1 Driver: Beta BDA 2.3.0.24 TV Card2: Saphire theatrix 550 pro TV Card2 Type: analog PAL cable, hardware MPEG2 TV Card2 Driver: ATI Theater 550 Pro TV Tuner Drivers - 6.14.10.173 Sound Card: M-audio Audiophile 2496 connected using s/pdif Sound Card Driver: 5.10.00.0051 Optional Log: Optional References: Using Silverstone lc 16m-s with iMon VFD and iMon PAD remotecontrol. Using AnyDVD to remove FBI warnings and lower drive speed. Using PureVideo for DVD audio/video decoding. HDTV TS Pump Filter Version 1.0.7 Aug-1-2005 ffdshow-20060803-SSE.zip I am using HDTVpump for .ts playback, and FFDShow for general movie playback. I am having the problem that a movie will playback fine when using WMP. However, in MP, the sound will start but no video. Then after a really long witing time (like a minute or two), something happens, as the refresh rate plugin detects a framerate, and switch desktop framerate. No video, however. Also, using the "!" while inside MP, what does the text mean? Typically: last 0,00 fps (720x556), 100 backbuf X8R8G8B8, adapter X8R8G8B8 (D16) False VMR9 25,00 avg fps: 41,24 sync:0 drawn 676 dropped: 1264 jitter:8 "25,00" is source frame rate? "41,24" is presented framerate including framerateconversion/dropped frames? Shouldnt this be the same value as my display? When using HDTVpump I noticed that it had a "pc->tv" button that changed contrast etc. I guess that it compensates exactly for the 16-235 issue. Would this be an idea for MP as well? regards knut
