Help ATI All In Wonde X1800 wont scan channels No signal (1 Viewer)

I just installed Media Portal 0.2*R1.
I am trying to configure my tv tuner, an ati all in wonder x1800 card.
Mediaportal detects it just fine, however when it scans for channels in the 'autotune' screen the signal strengh is 0, the signal quality is 0. I do not see any picture at all.

Help is appreciated. thanks
