Help! DVB-S can't find channels. (1 Viewer)

I need some help please.
Noticed that RC4 had some DVB-S issues fixed and updated my setup to start using the dish and found very strange problem.
I am failing to scan DVB-S channels using TV-Server. I am using h-h positioner and the dish is pointing at the moment towards Intelsat8 satellite. During scanning I can see that accessible transponders return good signal strength and quality, but I always get "Nothing Found" at the transponder scan.
I need to add that using other applications I can scan those transponders and receive something like 42 channeels found from the same bird.
I attached my TV Log where you can see the signal level and signal quality are there, but nothing found.
Hopefully I didn't set something right and my problem can be fixed in no time .

I have played a bit more and it seems the problem is somewhat related to the old bug I was talking about in this https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...end-tv-server-90/cant-scan-card-locked-32540/ thread.
I can see that unlike the old problem the card is released, but there is some kind o lock in the card tunning.
If I try to tune individual transponder I can get channels, but as soon as I move to another transponder I get again - Nothing found message. If I change something in the advanced setup, for example tick Override LNB parameters I can scan new transponder, channels added, but I can't watch any of them .

Is anyone having good run of DVB-S setup with H-H positioner using MediaPortal?
I would love to know which DVB-S card is working fine and O/S used.
I suspect it's either my hardware is not really compatible anymore with MediaPortal or I am the only user trying to run my Twinhan AD300 card with positioner.
