Synopsis::

I'm using Pinnacle PCTV Pro TV Tuner Card for 2 years. When i try to use it with Mediaportal,I get no video. At first i got the message "Unable to create graph...." Then as i found in the mediaportal wiki i installed WinDVR3. Now it doesn't show that message but no Video. Please help soon. Also tell me how to tune so that i could know if i did anything wrong... Please help soon I'm so excited....

I think you video card might be the reason for the black screen when watching tv. Geforce2 is not a DirectX 9 compatible card.

Yup thats what I was already thinking, a DX7 card wont cut it.

MediaCenter also said "Your VideoCard is not Supported" When i took it and when i tried to play movie files it said "some required files for playback is missing. Restart Mediacenter or Computer" . Only now i understood. But anyhow can i watch TV on Mediaportal.? Im So exited about the whole concept of HTPC. WinDVR3 Works smoothly.

No, MP uses a video renderer which isnt supported by that video card so you wont get any video to show up.
