Help me find a good TV tuner card (requirements inside) (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Wanted something I could:
* Watch regular cable with (coax)
* Connect a Wii to and get the best resolution for it on my monitor
* Watch HDTV cable with (if I get it in the future)

1 and 2 are priorities, 3 is optional.

I would like the card to be PCIe.

I have tried searching for these terms but I'm not understanding the requirements and differences. I hope you can help me.
