Help me get a good TV Tuner card! (1 Viewer)

Here are my system specs

AMD Sempron 3000+
1GB DDR RAM (I have another 1GB stick to add soon!)
200GB Hard Drive
ATi Radeon 9700 Pro
Askey TView99 TV Tuner
Microsoft MCE Remote

My PC runs decent with MP, I like it more than Windows MCE actually.

Well, way back in the day, MediaPortal supported my card... But times have changed, and software encoding did indeed suck, so I need a new TV tuner card, one perferably with FM Radio.

I can't spend too much money (under $80 would be great)

What is a decent TV Tuner that I can get for under $80?

Well you havent mentioned where you are so $80 doesnt really mean much. A Hauppauge PVR-150MCE has an FM radio and so if that fits your budget that would be fine. An AVerTV PVR 150 also fits into that description.
