Help on installing Media Portal without an active internet connection (1 Viewer)

I am currently away with the army in Iraq. Unfortunately the internet pc's which we used are crippled and we cannot run any executables on them.We can however download files. As you can imagine with the requirement to run you installer whilst connected to the internet this is impossible. I have downloaded all of the files your installer would have done and was wondering if there is a way I can get it your software to install, trick it into thinking its connected to the internet so to speak.
