Hi peeps,
Last night I finally got round to installing media portal onto my deicated media pc. For watching Blu Rays and listing to a vast MP3 collection.
After a couple of hours fiddling i got almost all set up accept I cant seem to get my music collection to scan into a database. the music shows up in Shares but not in artist or abum artis views accept for the stuff Ive already played. When I go to config to rescan, it counts the files and caches the thumbs but then still in the album or artist view still only shows what Ive already played. is there anyway to fix this because I really dont want to have to manually go through each album in shares to get them to show up. It wopuld take day's.
