But when searching for QAM channels on the ATSC/QAM tuner using a Comcast cable connection it doesn't find any. I have selected the check box to find QAM versus ATSC. This card finds about 300 QAM channels using WinTV (application that came with the card).</p><p></p><p>My question is, maybe I'm using the wrong QAM search type. Which one should I be using? QAM HRC +3, QAM HRC, QAM IRC, QAM Standard?? etc</p><p></p><p>Also, I saw on one of the threads that I might need to install a patch to get it to scan channels? I'm just not sure if I need the patch for this card, or just select a different QAM type to search by.</p><p></p><p>Thanks for your help!</p></blockquote><p></p>
