i am planing to built a new htpc,
and i am between these 2 mobos and i would like your help guys.

Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-UD2H, 785G Sockel AM3 | hoh.de

Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H, 880G Sockel AM3 | hoh.de

i want use the on board gpu and as i see these 2 mobos have 2 different gpu so the question is which one is better?the price between them is not so much.

i am planing also to buy this cpu
AMD Athlon II X2 240e 2x 2.80GHz boxed | hoh.de

my other questiones is about memory i dont have idea which one to choose,can someone suggest me any cheap 2gb and compatible with these stuff?

I'm intending to purchase the Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H motherboard, in fact two of them, so I'm wondering how you got on. Did you get either of these and if so which one?

I expect the 880g to be the slightly better of the two. My biggest concern is the ability to place smooth h.264 at 1080i with dxva enabled. Have you had any expereicne with this? and have you found any other issues/
