Hello people,
I am brand new about this forum even if I follow you from more then a while.

I like media portal but I cannot run it with my card and I am not able to figure out this issue. :cry:

I resume briefly what I've done:
1. installed XP pro SP2 from scratch
2. installed video catalyst drivers (last version) - I've got an ATI Radeon 9600
3. installed TV card windows driver (ASUS Mycinema P1731D)
4. installed Cyberlink Power Cinema (own card HTPC). It's run quite well (even if I cannot use timeshifting - if I use it TV disappear :?: )
5. installed frameworks .NET e Media Portal (RC4) + last "svn"

6. when I go into setup--> TV--> Add card, it tells me that I don't have any card installed :x

I have seen that this card should be supported (also in DVB-T mode ) then I don't know why. I also tryed with "gott all media" htpc and it recognized well the card.

Help me please .... :oops:

Thanks in advance. Dave.

Hi I've got the config below and is working fine for me (I use only the dvb-t part).

I read in an italian mp forum that another user has had to chenge capture carddefinitions.xml in this way

"devid="ven_1131&dev_7133&subsys_48621043&rev_d0">"

to

"devid="ven_1131&dev_7133&subsys_48621043&rev_d1">"

cause it has a new revision of the card (rev_d1)....
don't know if this can help....
bye
