Help with ATI TV Wonder HD650 (1 Viewer)

I have the ATI TV Wonder HD 650 and am not able to get MP to recognize it. I have searched the forums and followed advice given thus far, but to no avail. Is this a troublesome card or am I just too much of a Noob?

I would be forever in your debt for assistance in making the card and MP play nicely together.

I have been searching the forums for info on how to fix this myself (if it is an option). If this card is shite please do not hesitate to tell me that and suggest a different one that will work in the US.
