Help with FM radio stations (1 Viewer)

Using a VideoMate Compro E800F, when MediaPortal scans for TV & radio, it finds 4 radio stations, all of which work. But no others that I add will work.

Into the configuration page it added
ABC DiG Radio, Frequency 0.227
ABD DiG Jazz, Frequency 0.227

and two others.

The thing is when I play each of them in MediaPortal, they're different. So it's obviously getting the settings from somewhere else if the 2 frequencies shown in the config are the same. Any others I add don't work.

For a radio station I know which is 94.5FM I tried frequencies 945.00, 94.5, 9.45, 94500 but nothing seems to work.

No-one knows how to tune analogue radio stations in?

well i know.
are you using the inbuilt TV engine or are you using TV Server?
postin mediatportal.log when the situation is occuring would also help

Well I didn't think this was an error in the program. More just that I don't know how it's done.

I can get all analogue radio stations without a problem when I use the built in program that came with my tuner card.

I'm using the inbuilt engine. All I've installed is MediaPortal RC1.

well, all you do is entering the frequency.
and that should work.

Okay, the Videomate Compro E800F must just be incompatible then. Thanks.

check for an error log to start with, when it doesn't work it is usualy a mediaportla problem of some sort. I am also lookign for a solution to FM radio not working. I get some error about BASS not failing at FILE_OPEN but analogue TV now works (that took about 4 years I think)
