home page displays "plugins" (1 Viewer)

I have a strange problem - not sure how to even search for an issue like this...everything works, but the weird thing is, on the home page, the right menu is there, but it says it is on "plugins", and shows the background for the plugins. This does NOT matter which skin I select, it does this with every skin. Anyone seen this, or know what the issue might be?
