home screen navigation not possible (1 Viewer)

my up / down arrow keys (neither on the keyboard nor on the remote) don't work on the home screen. They work fine when I navigate into mytv or mymusic through the shortcuts. Therefore I assume that the keys are working.

Left and right keys work in the home screen (f. e. to close mp).

Any suggestions how I can fix that problem?

fixed - but I don't know why. Problem was gone after several reboots.
