How can I change the user files location (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I am completely new to MP and after a fresh windows and MP install I am trying to move the database, thumbs, etc files to a separate HDD (My system drive is a SSD drive).
Unfortunately I cannot find the option of changing the default location which is in "program data".
I ran a few searches on the forum with no luck, hence the post.
