K, actually to clarify (again), I did have RC2, and justnoticed that RC3 was just released.  I uninstalled RC2, and installed RC3.  I have the same problem.

I found the configuration file (appended to this post) and found a bunch of errors in it.  Again, this is a clean install (RC2 was the first time I've ever installed this program, and then just switched to RC3 a few minutes ago).
