How do I get MP and PowerDVD BOTH to work? (1 Viewer)

I have a MCE remote and when I got both MP and PowerDVD control working from the remote I get double arrow clicks inside MP. When I disable "automatic buttons" (from the Registry or from the Input Service Conf) the double clicks go away but the PowerDVD control stop working. I understand what the problem is, but i can't fin a solution. Isn't there a way to disable "automatic buttons" inside just MP. Or does anyone else has a solution for controlling PowerDVD using Translator? (can't get that to work either).

I got around the "double clicks" two ways. The first is to configure the IRSS process plugin to not act on those keys (must be done key by key). The second is to not install the IRSS process plugin at all (recently discovered that worked nicely after a MP re-install) and have the arrow, back, enter, etc keys all mapped out in Translator.

As far as getting PowerDVD to work with Translator, you have to map the remote keys to PDVD's keyboard shorcut keys found here. Example: 'Play' is the ENTER key, so you map your remote's play key to the keyboard ENTER key. I was able to gain pretty much complete functionality doing it this way. If you are playing HD-DVD's (meaning 'red' discs) make sure to disable the HD-DVD hotkeys or else you'll be scratching your head.

For some reason my PowerDVD won't answer to any command I'm trying to send through translator with keystrokes (it answer for the same button on the keyboard). Any clue why? It works with other software (tried with notepad)
