Please help me. I've figured out how to install simple plugins (consisting of only a dll file) but I can not for the life of me figure out where to put all the complicated plugins (source, skin, plugin folders) and it's driving me crazy. Please tell me how to do this. I have searched and searched to no avail. Thank you.

Not sure about My DVDs but:
Source = not needed unless your are going to change the plugin i.e. do some programming, so delete 'source'.
Plugins = in the "Mediaportal\Plugins" folder.
Skin = in the "Mediaportal\Skins" folder.

    Hope that helps,

From dukus.extra.hu you may download the My DVD's in mpi format and the MPInstaller, copy MPInstaller in MP directory an run program, then select mpi file, next->next ... (work only with latest SVN)

Okay, thank you. I was having the devil of a time and when I did install My Dvds, every time I opened config or hit OK I would get an error message. I tried the nightly build and that gave me no error messages but the rest of the program would lock up. Now I'm using verions 0.2.2.0 and that is the latest stable build according to the website. Is that what you mean when you say "latest SVN"? I have 2 external hard drives with movies in folders which I'm trying to use Dvd Profiler with. What I'm not getting is how to assign each movie a pathway to find it. Thanks for your replies. I will give it a shot again. Any advice on pointing to the movies and how to integrate Dvd Profiler would be helpful as well.

Damn. I'm still getting an unhandled exception when I open My Dvds or try to hit OK. Yargghh.

To point to the movies you need to add the paths to them in the Configuration program->Movies->Movie Folders tab.

Your unhandled exception could be because of the version of Mediaportal you are using versus the version of My DVDs you are trying to run.
For example, a plugin written for MP 0.2.2.0 may not work for MP 0.2.2.1 (SVN version). Try to find what version of MP "My DVDs" was written for and install that MP version.

    Hope that helps.
