[QUOTE="Ciaran, post: 502011, member: 97469"] Yeah I read that too which is why I bought a hybrid card. So I plugged it into my laptop and looked for the analogue channels in Media Centre. It found about 1 or 2 channels and the reception was really bad so I was about to give up when, out of curiosity, I tried scanning for channels using the DVB-T tuner in the card and lo-and-behold it found all four terrestrial channels, the RTE digital test channel, 4 radio stations and the EPGs for all of them!! I don't know how that is possible especially as I live in the very west of Ireland which has very bad analogue reception nevermind digital! So it works on my laptop but I really want to get it going on my desktop computer which is running Windows XP which is why I installed MediaPortal. Is there any way I can manually scan for channels?
