How do I set Media-Portal up? (1 Viewer)

I have tried to set it up so much but it just doesn’t work for me. Can someone give me a guide to setting it up please? Also there doesn’t seem to be a video card option which is weird. My computer specs are

Please someone help me set it up, I am a idiot with new stuff like this. It seems like such a good program, I really cant wait till try it out. So could please someone show me a easy step by step guide .

That would be a TV card, not a video card.

well if you want to watch tv with it, then.... yes.....

a tv card will cost you anywhere from 10 pounds for a cheap analogue to over 100 pounds for a quad digital

My comp doesnt have them slots

most pc's have pci slots. (they're inside the case)

If you dont have one free, or cant use a low-profile card, like the ones Ray recommended, get a full-height card or a USB TV tuner, like THIS ONE

(It always amazes me when I look at PC hardware in the UK how expensive it is compared to other countries) :O
