How do i switch satellites from the TV Guide? (1 Viewer)

Hi there,

In MediaPortal how do I swich Satellite's from within the TV Guide?

Once im viewing a channel and I press OK for example, which shows now and next for each channel - I can press right/left to cycle Satellites. How do I do the same in the main TV Guide?

Assuming you mean "channel groups" (sounds like you've got one group per satellite), you have to press the context menu button (on the MS remote it's the "i" button to the right of the OK/arrow keys) and select the group from the menu.

Took me ages to work that one out myself!

Ahhhh bingo!!! Thanks very much Rob - it was starting to drive me nuts!!

Do u happen to run a motorised sat setup?? Just after some tips on how to enter more than 4 satellites and also what I can edit to point each of the satellites to the correct location (usals for example). At the minute im having to drive the dish with progdvb then close it, hop into tv server and store the satellite. A right pain!!

No, can't help you with that I'm afraid - just an old dish and single LNB here.
