Hi

I have worked out that if I select a music file in shares view mode it plays the file. It then continues to play all of the files in a folder. (I use untagged files).

If I hit play on a file in a folder then the file is added to a playlist (screen changes to playlist mode). I can then save the playlist etc using buttons on the remote.

Question: How do I add a second (and possibly 3rd) file to the playlist? If I hit play on a second file it starts to play the new file and replaces the first file in the playlist.

Obviously I'm missing something somewhere.

I dont know your remote, but on the MCE-remote you just push the i button while on the song you want to add, then select the "Add to playlist" option....then do it for all the other songs.

    Hope that helps....

with the default remote mappings you can use:
    F9 (Keyboard)
    or
    "info" (Remote)
to bring up the context menu for some more playlist options.

IIRC the read teletext button does work like "enqueue" as well.

    Many thanks Guys.

I'm using a harmony remote via a USB-UIRT and the MCE replacement plugin.

Remote is setup to emulate an MCE remote. I will check to see if I have the info button correctly mapped.
