How to activate PowerScheduler Client plugin (1 Viewer)

I'm sure this is really obvious, but I can't figure out how to activate the PowerScheduler client plugin.

Since RC4 the client plugins page has been rearranged and the PowerScheduler plugin doesn't show up any more.

I can find the PowerSchedulerClientPlugin.dll file in the MediaPortal\plugins directory but can't figure out how to activate it.

TV Server plugin is working fine, it's just that my PC keeps hibernating when watching recorded material on the client.

MP config, top right hand corner switch to expert mode, this does need to be changed, you should now see the plugin.
