How to assign shutdown menu to remote button? (1 Viewer)

When pressing the power button on my x10 remote, I would like to see the same menu as I see when clicking the red shutdown icon on the home screens. How can I do that, i.e. which action do I need to assign to the power button of my remote?

Unfortunately Actions and Windows are not documented in the wiki yet. I hope that will come in the future, of course. Most of them are self-explanatory, tho. On the other hand I know that there are some that are not obvious at all... :roll:

That's just because the mapper allows mapping on quite a low level. That's the drawback of it being a bit technical. But I think there are more advantages than drawbacks. And in worst case there is the default mapping, so no user necessarily has to change the mapping.

You cannot map that button, it is handled by your XP and other applications cannot control that. You can only "adjust" its behaviour in your XP energy settings control panel. There's a dropdown what the PC should do when the "Powerdown" or "Standby" buttons on your PC/keyboard/remote get pressed.
