How to compile dll from cs (1 Viewer)

Hello evrybody

I have used the mycstv plugin it is collecting tv archivs from specified webseits, its like my problem is that i cant compile the dll file from the modified cs file becouse im never done something like this before pleas help what to use or a quick how to or a link
